Job Title: Senior Account Manager (Loyalty & Rewards)
Location: Cairo Sheraton (On-site)
Core Focus
You will be the strategic partner for key clients managing and optimizing their points-based loyalty programs to drive customer retention and ROI.
What Youll Do
- Relationship Lead: Main POC for clients; ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Program Architect: Design and refine program mechanics (tiers earning/redemption rules and benefits).
- Data Catalyst: Analyze KPIs and customer behavior to provide actionable growth insights.
- Growth Driver: Identify upsell opportunities and present tailored strategies for program expansion.
- Cross-functional Hub: Bridge the gap between the client and internal IT/Marketing/Data teams.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Expertise: Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics (points accrual/redemption tiers benefits segmentation).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to negotiate renewals.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Data Analytics.
- Experience: 46 Years in CRM Loyalty or Account Management.
