Project Manager responisable for:
Represent the client in supervising and administering the BOOT contract to ensure obligations are met.
Provide assistance and advice to the client with regards to deviations/variations to the BOOT contract
Review the technical reports documents designs and cost estimates submitted by the Project developer or Project Company
Manage a support team of specialized engineers and assign individual responsibilities
Check construction procedures practices and activities to ensure the compliance with standards specifications statutory requirements and good internationally accepted construction practices including emergency and security plans
Assist the client to evaluate and manage the Contractors performance
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client (weekly and monthly)
Prepare and update project monthly dashboards
Prepare monitor and update project risk register with propositions for risk mitigation/reduction
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ensure all project documents are available updated and stored appropriately in respect with Egis and clients document control procedures.
Monitor progress of the work as per approved baseline program for verification of schedule
Monitor details of installation to ensure conformance with the approved specifications and drawings
Monitor testing commissioning and start-up activities
Ensure that adequate HSE plans are set up and implemented
Qualifications :
B.S. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with 15 years minimum experience in water storage and pumping systems and water transmission pipeline project management. Fuel transmission pipeline experience is acceptable.
Additional Information :
Profissional Project Management valid certificate is required.
