An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive- Front Office to joinJumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs ensuring a smooth and accurate process while providing a warm and welcoming experience including processing payments and handling billing inquiries securely and accurately.
Address guest inquiries requests and minor complaints promptly and professionally providing information on hotel services amenities and local attractions and escalating more complex concerns when necessary.
Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability ensuring special requests and requirements are accommodated while maintaining accurate guest records preferences and feedback.
Assist with reservation confirmations modifications and cancellations ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure timely high-quality service delivery.
Follow security and service procedures to ensure guest safety and privacy including verification of guest identification handling lost and found items and consistently upholding hotel service standards.
