Greet and welcome guests professionally in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English
Assist guests with check-in/check-out guidance directions and hotel facilities information
Provide personalized guest assistance anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
Act as a cultural liaison for Chinese-speaking guests ensuring comfort and clear communication
Coordinate with Front Desk Concierge Bell Desk and Guest Relations teams
Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and discreetly
Promote hotel services dining outlets and local attractions
Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests feel attended to at all times
Support VIP arrivals group check-ins and special events
Uphold luxury brand standards grooming and etiquette at all times
Qualifications :
Fluent in Chinese & English
Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality guest relations or front office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
