ملخص الوظيفة

This Candidate will do the following:

- Apply implementation methodology in all phases of implementation(Analysis set up training support)

- Manage quality of services delivered to clients.

- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

Co-ordinate between customer team and project team in order to complete projects within time budget and meeting customer expectations.

- Project phases includes:

Analysis of a companys needs
GAP/Fit between company needs and functionality of the software
Train clients on how to use the software.
Support clients in their operations during the go-live phase.
Hand over from delivery to support ( operation ).
