We are seeking a friendly and professional F&B Hostess to join our team at the Swissotel Corniche Park Towers. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist guests with menu information and special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support the F&B team in various tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of F&B products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid work visa or residency permit for Qatar (or ability to obtain one)
