We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our growing digital dentistry this role you will manage relationships with dentists ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and that they receive exceptional support throughout their treatment planning process. You will play a key role in retention follow-up and coordination for providing best service to our clients
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the main point of contact for dentists inquiries and support requests.
-Ensure timely follow-up on cases and guide delivery.
-Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
-Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve service quality.
-Track client accounts and ensure all communications are documented and up to date.
Requirements
-Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
-Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service / account management
-Flexibility with US working hours
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dentistry background is a plus

-Flexible Working Days: Hybrid (3 days from office and 2 from home)
-Fixed Shift Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
-Fixed Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
