SNAP14 is seeking an impact-driven Systems Development & Automation Lead to own build and evolve our internal business systems.
This role sits at the intersection of systems design automation execution planning and delivery. You will work in a fast-paced high-performance environment where inputs are often messy evolving or incomplete and your responsibility is to translate that ambiguity into clear system plans technical direction and executable solutions.
This is not a theoretical or process-heavy role. You will build fast MVPs iterate continuously manage external developers and ensure SNAP14s systems remain scalable secure and aligned with real operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems Development & Automation
Design build and optimize workflows automations dashboards and integrations across Zoho One and related tools.
Translate ambiguous incomplete or evolving user input into structured system plans and phased execution.
Own system architecture role-based access permissions and integrations between tools.
Deliver fast-impact MVP solutions and iterate based on real usage and feedback.
2. Execution Planning & Delivery Management
Convert high-level needs into clear system logic task breakdowns and execution priorities.
Plan and manage system initiatives from concept to delivery balancing speed quality and scope.
Apply judgment to decide what should be built now versus later.
Ensure systems are practical maintainable and aligned with operational reality.
3. External Developer Management
Manage outsourced developers by providing clear technical direction priorities and acceptance criteria.
Review scripts logic integrations and system changes before deployment.
Ensure all development work is secure documented and production-ready.
Enforce clean handovers documentation standards and accountability.
Manage sprints timelines and priorities using Agile or Waterfall as needed.
4. Cross-Department Enablement
Partner with Operations Production Finance HR Sales and Leadership to remove workflow friction through systems.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work improve visibility and increase accountability.
Build dashboards and analytics that support operational and leadership decision-making.
Ensure systems evolve as the business grows and changes.
5. Documentation SOPs & Governance
Create and maintain system documentation SOPs and standards.
Enforce consistency security and scalability across all systems.
Train teams on new systems and workflows to ensure smooth adoption.
Maintain long-term system clarity so others can operate without dependency on tribal knowledge.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
Month 1 - Fully understand SNAP14s systems workflows and priorities; establish a clear systems backlog and execution approach.
Month 2 - Deliver high-impact MVP automations and take full ownership of external developer management.
Month 3 - Fully own SNAP14s systems architecture driving measurable efficiency and enforcing system standards.

Experience
Proven experience building and managing systems within Zoho One or similar business platforms.
Experience managing developers and reviewing technical output.
Strong background in workflow automation integrations and APIs.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution without perfect requirements.
Experience working in fast-paced evolving organizations.
Skills
Strong systems thinking and analytical problem-solving.
Ability to translate messy input into structured execution plans.
Solid project planning prioritization and delivery ownership.
