ملخص الوظيفة
Lead manage and motivate a team of Forex Retention Agents
Oversee daily activity for the Australian desk during market hours
Drive retention deposit growth and lifetime value of existing clients
Monitor KPIs targets and individual agent performance
Coach train and develop team members through regular feedback and call monitoring
Handle VIP and escalated client cases when required
Ensure smooth handover from Conversion to Retention teams
Collaborate closely with senior management and other departments
Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports
Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retention Team Leader or Senior Retention Agent within the Forex / CFD industry
Strong knowledge of Forex products and trading platforms (MT4 / MT5)
Demonstrated experience managing KPIs targets and team performance
Experience working with Australian or Asia-Pacific clients strong advantage
Excellent leadership coaching and people-management skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
High level of responsibility organization and attention to detail
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work early morning hours (06:0014:00) from the office
