We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in Lusail Qatar. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations while contributing to our organizations success.
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and processes
- Support recruitment efforts by helping to screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR databases
- Assist in coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation sessions
- Help prepare HR-related documents and reports in both Arabic and English
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide support in employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to appropriate HR team members
- Contribute to the translation of HR materials from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Observe and learn about HR best practices policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus but not required
