Overview

Responsible for managing all carpentry operations in the woodwork factory to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise carpenters and ensure work follows shop drawings and specifications.
Plan daily tasks and monitor production progress.
Inspect workmanship and ensure quality and safety.
Solve technical issues and support the team during fabrication and assembly.
Coordinate with the Technical Office CNC team and Project team.
Control materials reduce waste and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements

7 years experience in joinery/carpentry including supervision.
Strong knowledge of wood fabrication and assembly.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
