Join WTW Re as a Reinsurance Energy Line Lead and take the opportunity to shape cuttingedge reinsurance solutions for the energy sector. In this role youll work with industry leaders to develop strategies that manage complex risks from oil and gas to renewable energy. The Role
- Lead the development and implementation of reinsurance strategies for clients in the energy sector including oil gas and renewable energy industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients reinsurers and internal teams to ensure effective program design and execution.
- Analyse and assess energy sector risks providing tailored solutions and advice on optimal reinsurance structures and coverage.
- Oversee the placement of energy reinsurance programs ensuring competitive pricing terms and coverage adequacy.
- Stay informed on global energy market trends regulatory changes and emerging risks to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Risk Management or a related field.
- At least 57 years of experience in reinsurance with a focus on the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of energy risks reinsurance structures and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships negotiate with reinsurers and drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced global environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ARM CPCU CII) or willingness to pursue them
