- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Lead train and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in maintenance management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes mechanical systems and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g. CMRP PMP) is an advantag
