Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies policies and procedures.
Oversee preventive corrective and emergency maintenance for all facilities and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
Manage maintenance budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Lead train and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance objectives.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in maintenance management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes mechanical systems and safety regulations.
Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in maintenance management (e.g. CMRP PMP) is an advantag
