We are seeking an experienced strategic Social Media Director to lead our social media department and strengthen our clients brand presence across all platforms. This highly strategic role will oversee a team and be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies guiding creative and design direction and serving as the primary point of contact in client-facing communications.

What youll do:

• Lead mentor and provide hands-on guidance to two social media managers including professional feedback strategic direction and direct contribution to content and visual creation.
  

• Build and own social media strategy across key channels (Meta TikTok LinkedIn X YouTube etc.).
  

• Develop and execute content frameworks creative concepts and hands-on content/visual creation and campaign roadmaps based on business and client goals.
  

• Present strategies performance reports and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  

• Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging across platforms.
  

• Analyze performance metrics identify insights and drive continuous improvement.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact social work.
  

• Stay ahead of social trends emerging tools platform updates and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in social media management within an agency or global brand.
  

• Proven experience building and executing social strategies end-to-end - from audit to execution.
  

• Experience using AI tools
  

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills client-facing experience required.
  

• Deep understanding of platform algorithms content formats and performance metrics.
  

• Creative thinker with analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
  

• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling with the ability to produce high-quality on-brand creative assets.
