We are seeking a talented and innovative 3D Architect to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a 3D Architect you will play a crucial role in creating stunning visual representations of architectural designs utilizing cutting-edge technology to bring concepts to life.
- Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural projects using advanced software tools
- Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling 3D designs
- Create high-quality visualizations animations and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations
- Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices to enhance project efficiency and accuracy
- Explore and integrate virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies into architectural presentations
- Ensure all 3D models comply with architectural standards building codes and project specifications
- Participate in design reviews and provide innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges
- Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling techniques software and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architecture license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and 3D modeling
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and practices
- Excellent visualization and rendering skills
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies
- Proven ability to work on large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with Qatars building regulations and architectural styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
