Key Responsibilities:
Draft review and negotiate procurement contracts including vendor agreements service contracts and supply arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement needs and contract terms.
Monitor contract performance track key deliverables and resolve contract-related issues.
Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvements and risk mitigation.
Provide guidance to junior team members on procurement and contract management best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Law or related field
Experience in procurement and contract management preferably in a corporate or government environment.
Strong negotiation drafting and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes contract law and compliance standards.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
