We are seeking a qualified Blending Production Manager to oversee operations across our manufacturing plants that produce drilling fluids specialty chemicals and oilfield products.
This is a critical role requiring strong technical knowledge leadership skills and the ability to manage large-scale blending operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily blending and chemical production operations across multiple facilities
Ensure efficient production of drilling fluids and oilfield chemicals according to specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with R&D QC warehouse and supply chain teams to optimize production schedules
Implement and maintain production procedures to ensure safety consistency and compliance with industry standards
Supervise production staff monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for batches inventory and quality control
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or blending preferably in drilling fluids or oil and gas chemicals
Strong understanding of blending processes formulations and production workflows
Experience managing production teams in a multi-plant environment is highly preferred
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field
