Role Overview:
This role goes beyond traditional reporting; it requires a hybrid professional who can combine robust data analysis with a foundational understanding of end-to-end system and platform architecture. The ideal candidate will enable insightful strategic reporting while ensuring alignment with the overall data and platform ecosystem.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting frameworks with an awareness of system interdependencies.
- Support data-driven decision-making through insightful architecture-aligned reporting.
- Ensure accountability and transparency across reporting processes by aligning with system design and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection validation and contextualization of initiative progress data aligned with architectural flows and platform designs.
- Prepare high-impact reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced data tools informed by backend system behavior and data integration logic.
- Translate complex data and architectural dependencies into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with solution architects data engineers and business stakeholders to bridge data gaps and ensure architectural consistency in reporting.
- Mentor junior analysts on both reporting techniques and system/data architecture fundamentals.
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI Excel and advanced reporting/visualization tools.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles: backend systems data flows APIs and platform integration.
- Knowledge of data governance protection and compliance principles.
- Experience in working within structured project and performance tracking environments (e.g. OKRs KPIs).
