Role overview:
- Plays a leading role in tracking and evaluating the execution of the initiatives.
- Key objectives:
- Developing and maintaining structured reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate progress tracking
- Enabling datadriven decisionmaking based on insightful reports summarizing key decision points
- Ensuring transparency and accountability by upholding highquality reporting standards
Key responsibilities:
- Lead collection and validation of initiative progress data ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
- Prepare highquality reports and presentations delivering structured insights to leadership at agreed cadence
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and action points for decisionmakers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting inputs address data gaps and ensure alignment on performance metrics
- Mentor and support junior analysts fostering collaboration
Hard skills:
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of KPIs project tracking methodologies & performance monitoring tools
- Ability to structure and present complex data in a clear and impactful manner
