ملخص الوظيفة
Context
The intern will join the PIC Performance Intelligence Center a team focused on leveraging data and advanced analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making across the company.
Project Objective
The objective of this Senior Project is to design build and train an internal AI-driven system capable of:
Analyzing the companys internal data
Identifying patterns and performance insights
Supporting decision-making by generating recommendations and actionable insights.
The project combines data analysis data processing and artificial intelligence with a strong focus on applying AI to real business use cases.
Main Responsibilities
During the project the intern will:
Explore and analyze internal company data (structured and/or unstructured)
Design data processing and feature engineering pipelines
Develop and train AI / machine learning models
Contribute to the creation of an internal AI system that:
o Assists decision-making
o Provides recommendations based on data-driven insights
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve results
Collaborate closely with the PIC team to align technical solutions with business needs.
Main Competencies
Strong interest in data analysis and data processing
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries
Interest in AI / Machine Learning concepts
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with real-world business data.
Learning Outcomes
Hands-on experience with real company data
Exposure to AI applied to decision-making
Experience working within a Performance Intelligence team
A concrete high-impact project suitable for a Senior Project (PFE).
