Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the full marketing function for a consumer product in Saudi Arabia driving brand visibility and sales across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy including ATL BTL digital influencer retail and event campaigns tailored to the Saudi market.
- Localize global brand guidelines and manage product launch calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee retail marketing: plan in-store activations visual merchandising POS branding and support new store openings in key Saudi cities.
- Manage digital marketing: run Amazon/Noon advertising optimize content oversee social media and paid campaigns and handle influencer partnerships across relevant categories.
- Create and maintain product-focused content ensuring consistency with brand themes and company retail standards.
- Coordinate partnerships and activations with sports clubs gyms and events; organize sponsorships and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and ROI report monthly to regional and management teams and manage budgets and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with sales supply chain and e-commerce teams for launch and stock planning; support distributors with marketing materials.
- Requires 5 8 years marketing experience (electronics wearables tech sports preferred) strong digital/retail skills hands-on Amazon/Noon experience and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Based in KSA with deep understanding of local market and media landscape.
- Success measured by increased brand visibility sales growth (retail and online) strong reporting and effective cross-team coordination.
