As a Barista you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of coffee preparation and customer service. Your role is crucial in upholding our establishments reputation for excellence.
- Meticulously prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages in strict adherence to quality standards
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining all equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints with utmost professionalism and efficiency
- Execute cash and credit card transactions with precision adhering to established financial protocols
- Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings to provide informed recommendations
- Strictly adhere to all relevant health and safety standards to maintain a secure work environment
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading writing and oral communication in the English language
- Adherence to strict professional grooming standards and presentation at all times
- Proven ability to accurately manage cash transactions and maintain financial integrity
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products including coffee and tea preparations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work performance
