We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Indoor Sales Representative to join our fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products provide expert fashion advice and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills a passion for fashion and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and store merchandise.
Process sales transactions efficiently and handle payment methods (cash credit etc.).
Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining displays and stock organization.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
Stay updated on promotions discounts and new arrivals.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
Experience: 13 years in fashion retail or sales.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
Customer serviceoriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Other:
Professional appearance and grooming.
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
