On behalf of our client we are seeking an IT Support Specialist who plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily IT operations across the company. This role is responsible for supporting end users managing company devices and maintaining secure access to systems and data. The position focuses on modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365 device management and security controls. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues support onboarding and offboarding and ensure that systems operate reliably and securely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts email access and permissions
- Provide daily technical support to employees across all departments
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services
- Enroll configure and secure company devices
- Monitor and maintain basic security controls
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Document technical issues solutions and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field
- 37 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams SharePoint)
- Experience managing Windows devices
- Good communication and user support skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Entra ID (Azure AD) for user access and identity management
- Windows 10/11 device support and management
- Intune for device enrollment configuration and compliance
- Microsoft Defender for endpoint and email security
- PowerShell for basic automation and reporting
- Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
- Knowledge of device and user security best practices
- MS-102 or MD-102 certification (preferred)
