ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an organized and efficient Receiver cum Storekeeper to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for managing incoming shipments maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
- Receive unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Process and record incoming inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Organize and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
- Experience with barcode scanners and RFID technology
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations logistics and supply chain processes
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly
- Forklift operation experience (preferred)
- Warehouse Management certification (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
