Job Title: Nurses MALE
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Male Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate must be capable of delivering highquality nursing care in compliance with international healthcare standards and practices. He should demonstrate clinical competence attention to detail and the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care based on individual needs and nursing protocols.
Monitor patient health status record vital signs and report critical changes to physicians.
Administer medications IVs injections and treatments as per doctor s orders.
Assist in diagnostic procedures minor surgeries and daily rounds with physicians.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records and care reports.
Educate patients and their families about posttreatment care and health management.
Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with other medical professionals for coordinated patient care.
Handle and maintain medical equipment safely and correctly.
Support emergency procedures including CPR trauma care and first aid.
Essential Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( Nursing) from a recognized university.
License/Registration: Valid RN License (State or Countryspecific Nursing Council).
Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic (optional but an advantage).
Skills Required:
Strong clinical knowledge and patienthandling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Critical thinking and problemsolving in highpressure situations
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer use
Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
