Permanent Job Title: Senior Account Receivable Company: RayaCX Location: Cairo Egypt Contract Details: Full-time Permanent RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company based in Cairo Egypt. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Receivable to join our team. As a Senior Account Receivable you will be responsible for managing the companys accounts receivable function ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable data identifying and resolving any issues and providing recommendations for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable function including invoicing cash receipts and collections - Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments - Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data identifying and resolving any issues - Maintain strong relationships with clients responding to inquiries and resolving any billing disputes - Provide regular reports and updates on accounts receivable status to management - Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process - Train and mentor junior team members as needed Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus - Fluency in English and Arabic is required We offer a competitive salary benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
