Main Duties:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives drive market expansion and develop longterm client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities negotiating highvalue contracts and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with our companys vision and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifies prospective accounts and established goals for key account by analysing data and other statistical inform and also by conducting account interviews and preparing customer action plans.
  2.  Identify evaluate and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  3.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients.
  4. Lead and manage the endtoend business development process including lead generation proposal development negotiations and deal closing.
  5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing sales operations finance) to align offerings with market needs.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. 
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.8
  8. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
  9. Internal Coordination
  10. COOrdination : Regular meeting with the hotel operation (Rooms Division Reservation And food &Beverage) have to be held to Exchange information and problem solving.
  11. Business Planning & Budgeting:

  12. Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets focused on achieving key performance figures and targets from key accounts and markets.

  13. Create actionable plans and ensure their execution within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

 


Qualifications :

Education:

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

  • Strong understanding of the local and regional hospitality market.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
