Overview

A Quality and Evaluation Specialist is needed to support quality systems at all administrative educational training and professional levels. This role will contribute to development plans monitor performance overcome obstacles and drive progress as part of an integrated team.

Responsibilities

Apply local and international standards to collect data prepare reports and train on quality systems.
Support development of educational and administrative processes.
Oversee employee application of quality practices including training new staff.
Manage quality assurance programs and develop plans/strategies for process improvement.
Work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment with a degree of independence.
Determine training requirements for implementing appropriate quality systems.
Lead problem-solving continuous improvement and effective solutions to new challenges.
Utilize information technology for quality systems.
Build performance indicators and analyze results.
Apply knowledge of Academic Accreditation requirements.
Serve on quality and evaluation committees for educational and training procedures related to Military Academic Accreditation.
Monitor committee work to ensure accreditation requirements are achieved.
Contribute to educational training and administrative program development plans.
Closely monitor performance and develop action plans as needed.
Provide advice and training to staff.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field and at least 4 years of direct military experience in the relevant functional task OR 10 years of combined military and civilian experience in the relevant functional task.
