JOB REQUIREMENTS:

in Engineering or any technical discipline

Minimum 5 years working experience in Facility Maintenance Planning Building Operations etc

Interpersonal initiative analytical thinking decision-making and leadership abilities

Perfect command of spoken and written English

Good computer literacy (e.g. MS Office. Primavera knowledge an advantage

Able to work under tight deadline

Able to multi-task

Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the asset list is updated accurately

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of preventive works.

To coordinate and obtain feedback from site staff for work improvement.

Able to re-plan based on ad hoc request.

To upload planned preventive work schedule in CAFM system.

Analyze and feedback to Engineering and Maintenance to follow up pending works.

Prepare monthly PPM schedule in CD to be given to all subcontractors

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Update daily information from CAFM database

Distribute PPM schedule to respective vendors through Engineering and Maintenance department.

Conduct regular service and CAFM systems audit

Follow site standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Generate collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports

Provide effective technical advice and solution to client

Introduce continued improvement and optimize efficiency

Perform emergency support duty if required

Enforces and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates

To assist in the Planning coordinating and controlling all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.

Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.

Monitor the progress of SO’s closure and other issues arising
