Hiring for Senior Android Developer for Remote

Job Description

Technical Requirements

Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Android development with a strong portfolio of published apps.
Languages: Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin (coroutines flows extension functions) and a solid understanding of legacy Java codebases.
UI Frameworks: Mastery of Jetpack Compose (declarative UI) and deep experience with traditional XML-based layouts.
Architecture: Deep understanding of Dependency Injection (Hilt Dagger) and reactive programming (RxJava or Kotlin Flows).
Data & Networking: Experience with Retrofit OkHttp and local persistence using Room.
Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests (JUnit Mockito) and UI tests (Espresso).
DevOps: Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Bitrise or Jenkins) and managing the Google Play Console.
