We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales coordination background in the IT services and solutions industry who can streamline processes improve performance and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations and support the team with motivation and guidance.
- Manage the endtoend sales cycle ensuring timely lead conversion and client followup.
- Prepare reports forecasts and performance dashboards for management.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce Zoho HubSpot) with accurate sales data.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales staff.
- Handle complex client queries and negotiations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales coordination role (preferably in IT).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes metrics and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B IT sales.
- Proficient in Excel and sales analytics tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and IT terminology.
