Key Responsibilities
- Build develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and recruitment requirements
- Make regular calls to clients for business development follow-ups and deal closures
- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms and contracts
- Close deals and ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
