ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Civil Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and lead construction teams on various civil engineering projects
- Coordinate daily site operations including resource allocation and task assignments
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Implement and enforce safety procedures conducting toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Manage and maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports and labor records
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly escalating to management when necessary
- Monitor and control material usage and equipment utilization for optimal efficiency
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and promote best practices
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects preferably in Qatar or the GCC region
- Proven track record as a Civil Foreman with strong site supervision and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods techniques and industry best practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
- Valid Qatar driving license or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with project management software and digital tools is preferred
