Job Opportunity: Nursery Coordinator Doha Qatar
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality early childhood education center in Doha Qatar. If you are a dynamic leader with a love for children strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence we would love to hear from you!
Position: Nursery Coordinator
Location: Doha Qatar
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
- Lead and support a team of early years educators and staff.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians fostering strong partnerships.
- Manage nursery budgets resources and enrollment.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of care and education.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS Montessori or similar curricula.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Qatars Ministry of Education regulations is an advantage.
