ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis and documentation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management tools strong communication skills in both Arabic and English and a proven track record in regulatory domains such as Health Insurance. Certification in business analysis is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes using flowcharts diagrams and standardized modeling techniques such as BPMN.
- Work closely with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Create and manage user stories use cases and business requirements documentation.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA Confluence and MS Visio to track and communicate requirements progress and issues.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings to gather detailed requirements.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across project lifecycles in regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in BPMN and other process modeling tools.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Handson experience with JIRA Confluence MS Visio and related tools.
- Ability to write clear structured and actionable user stories and use cases.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is required.
- CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in the Health Insurance or regulatory sectors is highly desirable.
