ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced and certified Cyber Security Operations Engineer with a strong background in nextgeneration firewalls EDR solutions and endpoint protection technologies such as SecurePulse by Trend Micro. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 9 years of cybersecurity operations experience along with relevant certifications and fluency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational security tasks and services aligned with the projects cybersecurity framework.
- Deploy manage and monitor nextgeneration firewall systems and endpoint protection/EDR solutions such as SecurePulse (Trend Micro).
- Analyze and respond to security incidents and alerts generated from firewalls EDRs and other cybersecurity systems.
- Maintain and optimize network security infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and protection.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure security standards and policies are implemented and enforced.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation on security incidents system configurations and remediation efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of handson experience in cybersecurity operations especially with firewalls and EDR technologies.
- Experience with SecurePulse (Trend Micro) or similar EDR platforms is required.
- Certifications in Cisco Fortinet Trend Micro or other nextgen firewall technologies are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in cybersecurity contexts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
