ملخص الوظيفة

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical design management of 33kV substations MV/LV power distribution networks and associated systems.
Manage the design and specification of:
- MV and LV Cables and Routing
- Distribution and Prefabricated Substations
- Switching Stations and Tariff Metering
- Control and Monitoring Systems (SCADA RTUs)
- Integration with Smart Metering SCMS and DCMS
- Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems
- Fibre Network and Telecoms (relevant to electrical systems)
Ensure compliance with Saudi electrical codes and international design standards.
Coordinate electrical inputs across geotechnical structural civil and architectural interfaces.
Manage stakeholder engagement client updates risk reviews and approvals of Stage 3B deliverables.
Ensure quality control and timely submission of drawings specifications BoQs and technical reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience with a strong background in power distribution network design and 33kV substation projects.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary electrical design projects especially in the GCC or KSA.
Handson experience with SCADA systems protection relays smart grid integration and MV system automation.
Strong understanding of utility coordination and KSA authority submission processes.
PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
