Our Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Agriculture & Palm) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. aspires to be a world-class global company by implementing advanced systems and staying at the forefront of market trends. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our agricultural projects with a special focus on palm cultivation from initial concept through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale agricultural initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

* Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and budget for agricultural and palm-related projects.
* Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Lead and motivate project teams to ensure commitment and delivery of key milestones.
* Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Ensure all projects comply with industry standards environmental regulations and health and safety requirements.
* Manage project budgets track expenditure and ensure financial objectives are met.
* Foster strong relationships with clients suppliers and other external partners.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Project Manager specifically within the agriculture agribusiness or horticulture sectors.
* Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management is essential.
* A bachelors degree in Agriculture Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
* Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) and software.
* Excellent leadership decision-making and organisational skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* A project management professional (PMP) certification would be considered a significant advantage.
* Must be willing to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
