We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for infrastructure and road projects ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution.
- Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications quality standards and safety regulations
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
- Prepare and review technical reports including progress reports change orders and quality control documentation
- Implement and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software
- Strong knowledge of construction supervision techniques and quality control processes
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations
- Excellent project management skills including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
