Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to coordinate the integration of an automated sales collection system across retail tenants. Based in Riyadh this fulltime onsite role plays a critical part in enabling datadriven decisionmaking and enhancing retail performance.
About Our Client:
Our client provides cuttingedge technology that automatically captures sales data directly from tenant POS machines integrates it with footfall analytics and delivers actionable insights. Their solutions empower mall managers leasing teams operations and marketing departments to optimise tenant performance drive revenue growth and enhance the overall value of shopping centres.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for shopping centre tenants during the rollout of the automated sales collection system fluency or advanced proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Conduct tenant meetings virtually (via Zoom Microsoft Teams) and onsite when necessary.
- Follow structured communication guidelines and scripts to ensure professional and consistent engagement.
- Translate and validate projectrelated emails documents and system materials from English to Arabic.
- Work closely with an internal Englishspeaking project manager to ensure smooth communication and project .
- Track monitor and report project progress ensuring deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of tenant interactions and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Advanced or fluent in both English and Arabic with strong translation and localisation skills.
- 23 years of experience in project coordination IT project management or client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to follow structured workflows with high attention to detail.
- Organised and capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Resultsdriven with a proactive solutionoriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sectors such as retail technology real estate property management IT systems or data integration is an advantage.
