Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery:Deliver all onboarding (new-hire) and upskilling training content to all team members.
  • Program & Content:Participate in the ongoing development of both technical and support skills.
  • Cultural Alignment:Provide cultural training for the teams prior to client-specific training ensuring adherence to German market standards and etiquette.
  • Performance:Facilitate coaching and learning to promote structured training backgrounds and adaptability to complex platforms.
  • Compliance:Ensure prompt review and understanding of technical bulletins knowledge alerts and outage notifications.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:
    • German:Must be German Bilingual with a B2 C1 or C2 fluency level with high confidence in using the language in a work setting.
    • English:A minimum level of C1 English proficiency (based on CEFR standard) is required for all Trainers and supporting functions.
  • Experience:
    • Previous contact center or relevant customer service experience is required.
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong cultural fit for the German market is evaluated based on exposure to German clients workplace standards language precision and etiquette.
    • Excellent soft skills including communication a customer-first mindset problem-solving tone and empathy.
