Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation maintenance and improvement of our companys facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that building systems and equipment operate efficiently safely and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and security systems.
Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with contractors vendors and service providers for facility-related projects and maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Support office space planning renovations and relocations.
Monitor facility budgets and control costs related to maintenance and improvements.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repair work.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5 years) in facilities engineering or building maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
Familiarity with local safety and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
