Junior Design Engineer

• Reviewing the process of the plant with respect to client specifications and used codes
• Design plant units( tanks filters pumps valves blowers sersetc) with respect to the process design
• Calculating all necessary parameters for mechanical units (pumps blowers etc) and piping calculations sizing losses velocity etc)
• Making a Hydraulic profile for the plant units
• Making plant civil layout drawings based on the plant units design
• Making Civil guide drawings for the structural units (tanks plinths slabs sers rooms sumps etc) for structural design
• Making Detailed mechanical/piping layout for the whole plant with respect to the structural design of units
• Making a full detailed drawings for steel units tanks filters weirs etc) to be fabricated
• Making a full detailed GA drawings for each part in the plant
• Making Isometric drawings for the steel pipes
• Preparing lists and bill of materials for purchasing (Valve list Equipment list line list .etc)
• Following up with client new requirements and modifications
• Supporting with procurement department in purchasing process
• Contacting suppliers for technical clarifications
• Communicating with project department Project managing procurement proposal etc)
• Following up with site team during commissioning and startup phase
• Making final presentation for the client to explain the project and the clarify any point for the client

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of civil / mechanical / chemical or environmental engineering
• Excellent analytical skills ability to plan organize and implement multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills able to express ideas
• Basic AutoCAD Microsoft Office Google Suite
