Job Title: Receptionist

Job Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a professional courteous and efficient frontdesk operation while supporting general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and polite manner

  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately

  • Manage front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area

  • Perform basic clerical duties such as typing filing and data entry

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

  • Coordinate correspondence and document handling

Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary Certificate

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (read write speak); additional languages a plus

  • 2–3 years of office experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and telephone handling skills

  • Polite wellmannered and presentable (under 40 years of age)

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
