Role Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
• Conduct site visits surveys and assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing terms and agreements to close deals.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to validate system design and ensure compliance.
• Build strong relationships with MEP consultants contractors and clients.
• Support consultant approvals for BMS products and systems.

Role Purpose:

• Drive sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Serve as the technical and commercial link between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable BMS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors facility managers and end users.
• Promote Carriers BMS products solutions and value-added services in the market.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or related field.
• 35 years of experience in BMS HVAC controls or low-current systems sales
• Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (e.g. Honeywell Siemens Schneider Johnson Controls Tridium).
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture HVAC equipment control logic and DDC controllers.
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good time-management and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid driving license (usually required).
