Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR department. The candidate will play a vital role in managing scheduling processing applications and maintaining relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers.
- Confirm attendance for interviews and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes.
- Assist in tracking and collecting feedback from interviewers promptly.
- Generate and maintain reports on interview metrics and other HR-related data using Excel or any other tools.
- Support various HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
