Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or project management.
- Experience in preparing analytical reports and measuring impact.
- Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for projects and programs.
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and submit them to the relevant management.
- Monitor compliance with work plans timelines and approved budgets.
- Identify challenges and risks and provide corrective recommendations.
- Evaluate performance and achievements at the strategic objectives level.
