Validate cross-process workflows and end-to-end customer journeys across modules and channels to ensure seamless user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute end-to-end scenarios across portal case management back office workflows and notifications
Validate SLA timers routing rules status transitions and audit trail completeness
Verify integration touchpoints at key journey stages
Test user workflows from initiation through completion
Document journey flows and identify process gaps or inefficiencies

REQUIRED SKILLS

Workflow testing expertise
Scenario-based testing approach
Strong coordination across teams
Process documentation skills
User journey mapping

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with workflow management systems
Understanding of business process automation
Knowledge of case management systems
Background in process improvement
