Whats On Your Plate
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Put away: Receive GRNs against POs check quantity/quality/expiry/temperature label and put away using FIFO/FEFO and slotting rules.
- Picking & Packing: Pick waves for store replenishment and customer orders using RF scanners; pack with correct dunnage and cold-chain handling.
- Dispatch & Handover: Stage orders by route/store load vehicles hand over to last-mile teams with full documentation (STNs/DOs).
- Inventory Control: Daily cycle counts weekly reconciliations investigate variances manage near-expiry damages RTVs.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain hygiene HACCP/ISO 22000 checklists temperature logs pest control records PPE and 5S standards.
- Systems & Reporting: Operate WMS/RF devices update statuses in real time; prepare simple shift reports (receipts pick lines shrink).
- Cross-Functional: Coordinate with Demand planning Ops and Transport on delivery schedules priorities and exceptions.
KPIs:
- Receiving accuracy 99%; Pick accuracy 99.5%
- On-time dispatch (OTD/OTIF) 98%
- Inventory variance 0.2% shrink % within target
- Hygiene & temperature log 100% compliance
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- 13 years in warehouse/DC (FMCG retail e-commerce or darkstore preferred).
- Working knowledge of FIFO/FEFO batch/expiry control and cold-chain handling.
- Comfortable with WMS/RF scanners; basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented fast and reliable under time pressure; English required.
