Accounts Manager

Location:Bahrain
Nationality:Open to all

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experiencedAccounts Managerto oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience withinCBB-regulated entitiesBSCADGM orWLLstructures in Bahrain and demonstrate a high level of financial regulatory and leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations and relevant financial standards.
Prepare and review financial statements management reports and regulatory submissions.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Ensure accurate tax VAT and statutory filings in line with local regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic insights.

Requirements:

Certified accountant (CPA ACCA CA CMA or equivalent) mandatory.
Minimum710 years of accounting and finance experience in Bahrain.
Proven experience withCBB-regulated companies BSC ADGM or WLL entities.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain financial regulations VAT and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
